Here's what you need to know:
Belight may provide replacement or repair through the following services:
1. Online Remote Technical Support. This service is applicable for technical problems, including, but not limited to connection issues of signal cables and power cables, system software issues and parameter settings, and replacement issues of the module, power supply, system card, etc.
2. Return Material Authorization Service. For problems that cannot be solved by online technical support, Belight will confirm with the Buyer whether to provide Return Material Authorization services.
3. On-site service. The buyer may submit service requirements through the Belight's website, email, telephone and other service channels with their serial number, applied service, site address, and contact information. Belight may, at its full and complete discretion, send an engineer to the Buyer's location. Expenses for labor may be charged by Belight when providing on-site service.
All LED displays are warranted for 2 years from the date of shipment from Belight. All Accessories and Field Replaceable Units (FRUs), including but not limited to cables, power supplies and LED module, purchased at the time of the initial product purchase are warranted for 2 years from the date of shipment from Belight.
Extended Warranty and Special Terms
Depending on customers & projects conditions, Belight may offer extended warranty and special terms, the warranty is then subject to the terms of signed agreements.
